El proceso de cristo complete book

As the subtitle says, it is a synoptic legal monograph in which I liked the way of approaching in a summarized and concrete way both the Roman and Hebrew legal systems, as well as the way of applying them to their convenience by the respective authorities of both systems within the process of Christ and the consequences of this. It summarizes and analyzes it very well from the juridical point of view, however, it seems to me that it could have gone deeper, since it deals with the legal aspects.

It summarizes and analyzes it very well from the juridical point of view, however, it seems to me that it could have gone deeper, since it deals with the subject, as the author himself mentions, in a very superficial way. Personally, I did not like that he copied the probable words of Nicodemus’ defense from another book, unless he had made a more exhaustive analysis of the legal aspects of said defense. I appreciated the author’s sincerity in clarifying in several parts the use of his sources and leaving the reader’s judgment about them.

Pedro y el capitán – mario benedetti | review

The importance of this work written by Jurist José Elías Romero, in our times seems to me to be of great quality since we do not imagine the depth of this subject, legally speaking, being the most important process for our world as human beings, due to the decadence of justice and the anomalies within the supposed trial.
This book tells us about the process by which Jesus Christ was judged and sentenced, which by the way was unjust and cruel. At the beginning of the book Ignacio Burgoa mentions that the process by which Jesus Christ was judged was in two ways, the first was the religious one which was carried out by the Sanhedrin, and the political one before Pontius Pilate, governor of Judea.
My criticism regarding the book «Process of Christ» I think it is considerable to mention that from my point of view this book lacked a more complete description of such process since it only mentions some forms of evidence to give a total opinion of which had to be taken into account for the total decision of whether or not Christ should be crucified, it is also very important to take into account that when the author Ignatius Burgoa mentions that he had to crucify Christ….

In the present work called «The Trial of Christ» it is very interesting to know that first it was developed in two trials or in two stages, the first of them, the so-called Religious or Jewish and that was developed before the Sanhedrin and the second the Political, which was carried out before Pontius Pilate who was the Governor of Judea, Therefore, the religious one must have been governed by the Jewish Law and the second one by the Roman Law and here in the present study we are obliged to study separately each one in order to determine whether or not these trials complied with the Principle of legality that imperatively demands that all acts of authority be subject to law.
The Sanhedrin, at this time was the Supreme Court of the Jewish people and it was created in the II century B.C. and its origins go back to the time of Moses, consequently, by its divine origin that group of 70 elders and teachers in the law called Sanhedrin was reputed as the «Court of Jehovah», whose resolutions had the rank of God’s ruling and the crimes they punished as blasphemy and idolatry, were punished with the death penalty whose decree had to be approved by the Roman governor.

This book, born in the heat of the university classrooms and destined fundamentally to them, is the fruit of constant meditations about political phenomena and of a long pedagogical experience.its name -Political Theory- indicates immediately its nature and scope.it is a book that embraces the State in its totality and submits it to a fundamental reflection. It assumes the data of Political Science and Political History, but goes beyond them, with an eagerness to surpass them, to go in search of the essence of the State, its mission, its meaning, its justification, its value and its full understanding in the context of human life.
