To all Biology students interested in doing their social service, to attend the Social Service Fair organized by the Social Service Department of the Biology Department on January 15 and 16.
We inform you that the Bécalos program, of which you are a beneficiary, is being evaluated in order to supervise its operation and provide you with a better service. The evaluation is external and is being carried out by the company Valora Consultoría.
As part of the tasks to be performed by the consulting firm, visits will be made to the different educational institutions that receive support from the Bécalos program, or directly to the homes of the scholarship recipients themselves, in order to interview the beneficiaries.
The interviews will take place between January 21 and the end of February, will be in an open format and will focus on your opinions and experiences as a beneficiary of this scholarship.
In the next few days, the evaluation team will contact you to set up an appointment. The people authorized to call you on behalf of the consulting firm are: Grace Santuario, Miriam de la Torre and Agustín Román.

In the imperial metropolis, the foreign policy debate between isolationists and internationalists reflected the clash of interests between different fractions of the bourgeoisie with respect to the path of development of state monopoly capitalism and the global challenges of becoming a world power.
In El Salvador it is a period characterized by the dispute between several imperialisms for political and economic control in the country and in the region; by the internal confrontation between various oligarchic fractions, which integrated the existing power bloc at that time and by the emergence of the incipient working class, its social movement and its political party. These three dynamics would determine the course of the political and social process.
On the other hand, the abysmal differences in the development of the productive forces between the two countries determined the paths followed by the political projects of the dominant and subordinate classes; they oriented the processes of class struggle; they conditioned the forms of struggle of the popular movements as well as the construction of their respective social and political vanguards.
